As a golf outing host at Champion Lakes Golf Club your group will enjoy a superb, challenging golf experience which includes one of the finest public golf courses in Western Pennsylvania, great food and outstanding service from our staff.  Our golf outing experts will take care of all the details so all you have to do is enjoy the day.  Our Professional Golf Outing Services include:

Mini-Shotgun Events

Available at Golf Course Management’s discretion. Holidays excluded.

24 Players Minimum includes 9 holes or 18 holes of spectacular golf, with cart and Professional Golf Outing Services.

Shotgun Events

Available daily, except Holidays.  Must have 100 Players Minimum.

Includes 18 holes of challenging golf, with cart and Professional Golf Outing Services.

Golf Event Rules and Regulations

¨       Deposit:   A non-refundable deposit of $2.00 per player is required to secure the date for your golf event.  The deposit is due with-in 14 days of scheduling the event.  This deposit will be applied toward the event invoice.

¨       Cancellations:  Our cancellation and deposit refund policy is to return all reservation deposits for cancellations mad more than 21 days in advance.  For cancellations made within 21 days of reservation date, deposits will be forfeited.

¨       Confirmation:  You will be asked to confirm the number of participant’s seven days prior to your event.  This number will be considered a guarantee and is the minimum for which you will be charged golf and food fees.

¨       Final Payment: Outing Chairperson will be responsible for the event payment, in full, on the day of the event.  Credit will not be extended to any group.

¨       Rain Checks: No cash refunds will be given for golf fees.  Rain checks will be issues consistent with the fees purchased, providing the conditions warrant the stoppage of play.  Three or fewer holes played: rain check issued for full fees paid.  Four to fourteen holes played: rain check issued for one half of fees paid.  Rain checks must be redeemed with-in one year of issuance.  They are not redeemable for cash or merchandise.

¨       Food and Beverage: No individual or group may bring food or beverage on to golf course property without the consent of the Club General Manager.  Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Club General Manager, all Food and Beverages must be purchased through Champion Lakes Golf Club.

¨       Prizes:  Please give our pro shop the opportunity to meet your group’s prize needs.

¨       Dress Code: Golfers are expected to wear appropriate golf attire.  Tank tops, tee shirts, blue jeans, athletic pants and swimwear are not permitted.  Metal spikes are not permitted on the golf course or in the clubhouse.

¨       Etiquette:  All golfers are expected to repair ball marks, replace divots and rake sand bunkers as well as following cart rules and golf course instructions.  Pace of play will be closely monitored.  Respect for the golf course and fellow golfers is required.

¨       Tips & Taxes: The Golf Event prices include all taxes as well as a standard gratuity for meals.  Additional tips for housekeepers, cart attendants, restaurant staff and other service staff are at the discretion of our guests.  Ours staff members appreciate gratuities for exceptional services.
